What is Fractora?
Commonly referred to as the “ultimate non-invasive skin renovation without surgery” by InModeMD. Fractora is a non-invasive fractional laser skin resurfacing procedure. The anti-aging procedure restores the skin, revealing a naturally younger-looking appearance. The treatment drastically reduces the appearance of scarring.
Is it Safe?
Yes! Fractora is mild and non-invasive. Our staff has extensive training. Our team evaluates your skin type and thickness and determine the proper settings for your treatment.
How Does it Work?
Fractora delivers radio-frequencies to the skin through many pins. These pins produce localized heat and small micro-lesion dots. The heat generated by the pins goes into the sub-dermal tissue promoting collagen restructuring. The micro-lesions are scattered, allowing the skin to heal more quickly. Radio-frequency energy enables the skin to heat in a controlled manner. The heat dramatically improves the appearance of the skin.
Who is a Candidate for Fractora?
Candidates are individuals who are generally in good health. If you are looking to avoid a facelift but desire younger-looking, tighter, and rejuvenated skin, Fractora is perfect for you.
Is it Painful?
Fractional Laser can cause mild discomfort during the procedure. Depending on your pain tolerance, we offer a variety of ways to reduce the pain. We always apply a topical numbing agent to the area before treatment. For those who are more sensitive to pain, we offer oral medication or nerve blocks to ease the pain.
How Long Does Fractora Take?
The actual procedure itself will only take about 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area. Providers will apply numbing cream on, approximately 10-15 minutes before the treatment. We ask patients to block one hour of their time for treatment.
How Often Does Fractora Need to be Performed?
The results are permanent. Many sessions may be required to achieve the desired results. Patients need to wait about 4-6 weeks between fractional laser treatments.
How Long do Results Last?
Results are often permanent. Yet, as patients continue to age, they may need additional treatments to combat the effects of aging on the skin.
Be strong. Be confident. Be the star of your own life.

What Areas of the Body can be Treated with Fractora?
Fractora treats any part of the body where skin imperfections. The most common body parts that we treat are the face/neck and the area above the knees.
What do I Need to do to Prepare for Fractora Treatment?
It is crucial to prepare your skin before treatment. You want to avoid sun/wind exposure for at least 4-6 weeks prior, including the use of tanning beds. With your doctor’s permission, you should also discontinue the use of any anti-inflammatory medication. These medications can increase bleeding. If you take Accutane Gold Therapy, you need to stop the use of this for six months. Avoid drinking alcohol within 24 hours of the procedure. Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.
When will I See Results?
Most patients will see results as soon as the initial redness and inflammation diminish within 2-3 days of the treatment. Since Fractional Laser stimulates collagen regrowth, results can continue to develop for 3 to 6 months. Most patients benefit from many sessions, about 4-6 weeks apart, to give your skin time to heal.
